Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I run an experiment?

Run until you reach statistical significance (95%+ probability to win) with at least 100 conversions per variant. For most sites, this means 1-4 weeks. Always run for at least one full week to account for day-of-week variations.

Does EarlyCRO affect page speed?

Our SDK is under 15KB gzipped. A small script runs first and applies changes before the page paints, and the rest loads in the background.

Can I run multiple experiments on the same page?

Yes, but be careful about interactions. If experiments modify the same elements, you may get unexpected results. For cleanest data, test one thing at a time per page section.

How do I test on localhost?

Add localhost to your allowed domains in project settings. Enable debug mode to see console logs. Use the SDK's preview mode to force specific variants during development.

Are there any pages I shouldn't track?

Avoid tracking login pages, admin dashboards, and any pages with highly sensitive information. Use URL exclusion rules in your project settings to skip specific paths.
